April Approaching

Things are certainly taking a turn…Blimey! Watch this space. Generally though quite samey, work is work, gonna get the bike out today, again, a guy at work was rallying up a team for the London-Brighton bike ride but then gave up, so I’ve missed the deadline… Sucks! I’m not gonna be able to struggle riding 56 miles up and down hills sweating my balls off in the heat of June now then, I’m mortified! Got my payslip yesterday, thought someone was playing a practical joke at first then did the maths, and to my horror it was spot on. So I’m in the shit. And why do Americans say “Math” instead of “Maths?” It just isn’t right, and how comes I’ve only realised this in the past few years, after all I used to watch The Six Million Dollar Man, The A Team, Charlie Brown and several other American programmes as a kid and never heard it before. Maybe it’s just me, is it?
