  sorry did`nt call friday mate, popped out and grabbed a curry from that popular place near me and spent friday night and saturday with stomach cramps vomiting and projectile crapping ,whole new experience for me. still the loo needed painted anyway .. sorry to detail in glorious technicolour but i needed to share that with the world, who needs colonic irrigation save the money and get a chicken curry and egg fried from may wahhhhhhhah…
