Although my remote thermometer in the garden read 0.4 degrees C this morning I am unphased as the sky is clear and the birds are in song, few seagulls to be heard either. So I climbed out of bed at 5.10AM this morning  although it was actually 6.10! Tell me what the f*** that is about, aren&#8217;t you supposed to lie in for an hour having lost one during the night? Anyway, all that aside I&#8217;m feeling quite clear headed this morning, I have a boiler service today the first job under my re-newed gas ticket then I&#8217;ll probably have a beer with the old man before dinner with my girls (hopefully). Still in limbo with regards to the house, seems you can&#8217;t get anywhere in this life on your own unless you are a complete dosser, sponging off the dole with no intention what-so-ever of getting a job, or you have a 6 figure bank balance or assets to a similar value.
